Windsurfing Rentals

Wind-NC offers performance windsurfing gear rentals, and new for 2011- a high end Pro-Level Demo Fleet!  Reservations recommended, please call, email, or use the form at the bottom of this page.  Confirmed reservations are required in order to redeem a rental voucher- please make a reservation before purchasing a rental block!  Rentals are a taxable transaction, so your shopping cart total will reflect the price of the rental plus 6.75% NC Sales and Use Tax. Performance Windsurfing Rentals- Complete Kit- (1 board, 2 sails, 1 mast, 1 boom, hardware)  Performance gear rentals include late model ’09, ’10, and ’11 boards from Tabou, RRD, Starboard, and more, and 2008-2011 sails from World Sails in 3.7m up to 8.5m.  Hardware includes NoLimitz Skinny Masts, Chinook ProAlloy Booms, and only the highest quality Chinook bases and extensions!

Rental Policy:

  • Your receipt is required for any refund.
  • You will be charged for the duration of time that the gear is in your possession.
  • Sorry, no refunds for foul weather.
  • The gear is your responsibility while it is in your possession.  In the event of damage or loss, you will be charged a fair price for repair or replacement.  Please be mindful of the possibility of theft.
  • You can cancel a reservation for a full refund up until 3 days prior to your scheduled rental dates.
  • You can cancel a reservation within 3 days of your scheduled dates for a 50% refund.  If we’re able to rent your gear to someone else after you cancel, we’ll issue you a full refund.
  • Local delivery and pickup (in Avon only) available for a $50/item fee.
