Payments:
- Our online store uses Paypal to process payments. You can use any of your major credit or debit cards, or your Paypal account.
- If you’re making a purchase in person at the shop, we accept Mastercard, Visa, US Cash, or valid Wind-NC Gift Certificates. Sorry, we do not accept checks.
- Orders shipped outside of North Carolina are exempt from Sales Tax.

Orders:
- Can be shipped anywhere in the US, or held at the shop for pickup (please call or email to discuss pickup details). International shipments are possible, too, but may incur extra shipping fees.
- In stock items ship within one business day, excluding boards and other oversize items, which will ship at the earliest possible departure time (usually within 3 business days).
- Out of stock items may be shipped direct from the distributor, backordered, or canceled and refunded, depending on availability. If this is the case with your order, we’ll contact you with updates as soon as possible.
- Special Orders: Please contact the shop if you’d like to order an item that you don’t see on our website. We’ll do our best to get exactly what you want. Special orders are not eligible for return or exchange.
- Special shipping arrangements are possible. If you have specific requests, please call or email the shop prior to placing your order to make sure we can meet your needs.
- If possible, multiple item orders will be shipped together and your shipping costs will be adjusted to reflect the savings.
- The shipping costs noted on your invoice may decrease, but they will never increase (excluding International Shipments or Used/Oversize Equipment purchases, where extra shipping fees may be required).

Returns/Exchanges:
Wind-NC wants you to be happy with your purchase. If you are dissatisfied with your purchase for any reason, please contact us as soon as possible. Items that meet all of the following requirements can be returned or exchanged for their full value (as noted on your receipt), minus shipping costs:
- A valid receipt is required for returns or exchanges.
- Items are eligible for return or exchange within 30 days of the original purchase date.
- Items must be unused and in their original packaging, including any associated tags/paperwork/info/etc.
- Used Gear and Special Orders are not eligible for the return/exchange program.
Items not meeting the above requirements might still be eligible for return or exchange, and may be subject to a re-stocking fee.
